Returns & Exchanges

Unworn shoes can returned at anytime for an exchange or a store credit. Unworn shoes in resaleable condition purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days and maybe subject to a shipping fee.

A return merchandise authorization must be obtained on all refunds.  We respectfully request that you contact us prior to shipping any item back to us. Note: Worn shoes are not returnable. If the item appears to be defective, please contact us at 1.888.633.7463 (1-888-MED-SHOES) immediately. We cannot accept exchanges or returns that are scuffed, soiled or worn in any way. So please test drive your new footwear on a carpeted surface. All returns & exchanges should be shipped to:
