It comes with two adjustable velcro straps across the foot. The "3D Technology" footbed with tree different densities offers excellent arch support and lateral stability, and is covered with soft, buttery lining leather. 3inch PU wedge sole with anti-skid design under the rocker bottom for enhanced walking motion and less strain on your back.
